Missoula Mayor Andrea Davis plans to tackle the issue of urban camping at a series of meetings with members of her newly-formed Work Group.
The group has at least five meeting planned to define the problem and develop solutions for urban camping.
The issue has been front and center for residents of many neighborhoods in the city and as the affordable housing crisis worsens, so does the number of unhoused residents.
The meetings will be held in the conference room at the Elections Center on Russell Street. They will be open to the public, but there will not be a remote option for attending the meetings.
